Our initial sales associate was extremely rude. My daughters and I struggled to hear what she was saying and when we told her that she became very nasty. She would not show us additional merchandise. Luckily there was another associate who was much kinder!

Mgr made me feel like I had stolen a bracelet that I needed to exchange for a smaller size. It was a birthday gift from my fiancé and I had never worn it. I had on two other Pandora bracelets, a necklace and earrings. If I’m not able to exchange a new Pandora product what if I had a problem with a piece that I had for awhile.Most of my Pandora has been gifts from my family that I do not have receipts for…. It has made me think twice about telling my loved ones I would like more Pandora. The manager did find were my fiancé had purchased it online by his name. But the whole experience was very uncomfortable and made me feel embarrassed.

The Minnie tennis bracelet was too small for my wrist. You should make it available in a larger size.

The charm I wanted was discontinued. The associate couldn’t contact other stores in the area to see if they had what I wanted.

The price of pandora pieces now are not in line with the quality of the original jewelry. The charms are getting incredibly expensive.

Hello, I was not offered the jewerly box during my visit and I spent well over $ 400.00. Maybe, you were out...however, I would like to please request one if they are available at anytime in the near future. Thank you, Linda

The staff and store were great - it was just insanely busy. Disney Springs during spring break is not my ideal shopping experience.
