I enter store and was waiting at counter, a sales associate (don't know name but can recognize face) was headed towards me but diverted to customers that came in after me. I waited another 5 or so minutes for the next associate to become available, at which time I told her I was disappointed, basicly neglected by the associate behind her. She appoalgized sincerely and was exceptional in helping me buy the item. The associate that helped me, enhanced my ratings from dissatisfied to satisfied. Once again, the associate that actually helped me was GREAT!! and any negative feedback in this survey is not addressed to her. Thank you.

Your rabbit charms are very frew and far between and very expensive, it being the year of the rabbit I thought there wold be more.

The service representative was very nice but it was clear that she was new and needed assistance. There weee things that I as a customer knew that she did not know.

Store was too small which prolonged my wait time in line. Associate seemed somewhat rushed and I had to ask for styles in the category I was looking for vice her presenting them

The store was extremely crowded @ Disney Springs. The sales associate didn’t seem very knowledgeable.

Associate forgot to add my discounts she wanted to take it all back then re ring it up said no to much

Due to an error in charging me all of my gift card and not the amount of items. I had to return to location twice to correct to get the amount back on my gift card.
