Pandora Jewelry

I was a little put off by the dismissiveness of a couple of staff members. It could possibly be chalked up to being extremely busy or race-related. When it was determined I had a higher-end piece of jewelry the customer service changed to being a bit more friendly.

Outside wait, was 15 to 20 minutes. Once inside the building was extremely crowded and difficult for associate to find a location to show your products. Associate was very good at working with the space she found.

Didn’t have what I was looking for and associate didn’t seem invested in helping me find what I wanted. I felt rushed. Purchased but was not what I really wanted

Lines were long! Too many people in store so can't pass by to select merchandise. Wanted to buy more but can do it with other person waiting to see it too.

I didn’t feel as though the representative trusted me handling the items and had reservations when I asked to handle them. It was unnerving but because I wanted to use my Disney discount I was determined to shop there. Otherwise I would have left

I rarely rate highly satisfied I am from out of town not likely to return to this Pandora store anytime soon

I wanted to browse and as soon as I walked into the store I had 3 associates came up to me

I was satisfied with the associate, and not having to wait awhile. The only concern I had was how TINY the store was and people crowding the areas where the jewelry was so it was difficult to view my options without having the associate go back and forth to obtain the items. My TWO friends were with me and one of them were literally INCHES away from another shopper who pushed into her. With that being said, the prices, the jewelry, and customer service was great! Just for as busy as the Disney Springs location is, it needs to be a little bigger and limit to how big the group is of people or friends. I get maybe 3 max, but having a group of 4+ friends go in, is overwhelming.
