I didn’t know you had to request a purchase upon entering. I found what I wanted and after waiting for about 12-15 minutes, I ask one of the available agents why no one would wait on me. She said I needed to tell the girl at the door. I told the girl and then was given an agent in a few minutes.

Sales associate was great. The product says good, but pricing is deceptive. The purchased bracelet was a reasonable price, but all the extras needed added considerably to the cost.

The associate was knowledgeable about the merchandise and options I had to find a solution to my issue. I spent over $170. She seemed more interested in completing my sale than making me happy. She was not friendly, while not rude, she was transactional at best. No warm and fuzzy that Pandora is known for.

This is my daughters first charm bracelet. She got the princess clasp. It WILL NOT stay clasped. It unlocks 6+ times a day. She is very sad about this. We do not live local to the store and do not know how to fix this situation. But for over $500, i expect jewelry she can wear. Thank you for listening.

The staff was good and knowledgeable with product. Pandora doesn't sell exactly what I was looking for but close enough to be satified.
