I went in for the free bracelet promotion and to purchase specific items and to see the park exclusive items. Unfortunately, since it was the last day of the promotion, many of the bracelets were sold out.

Because I bought a bracelet 2 years ago at Magic Kingdom and because I don't live in the USA I couldn't bring it. It doesn't work, it doesn't close well. Now, I live in Europe and I brought it, but they said they can't do anything and I have to buy a new one.

It was to crowded and wasn't allowed to view merchandise as freely as wished.

We spent over $200 and the sales associate made it seem like we had to apply for the Pandora credit card in order to get the free bracelet. We did not need a new credit card and I didn’t get the bracelet despite how it is advertised in your current ad campaign.

The store was a bit busy. The MOD seemed to want to move the clientele and I had to return the next day to get my purchase rectified.

I have been collecting pandora for almost 20 years and the prices have more than doubled which is disheartening. I also purchased a bracelet several years ago and took it into the store and was told it couldn’t be repaired or replaced. I think the company should stand behind its products regardless of the time since purchase especially since there is a record of all purchases linked to an email.
