I asked to view 7 charms, 6 of which I purchased. It felt like there was an assumption that I would steal them based on the manner the tray was snatched away. 2nd person who did this & actually took my money was unfriendly

I would have loved to have been able to browse to see all of the products available rather than just asking for what I knew I wanted. I might have added another item to my purchase.

I was satisfied with the sales associate. She did an amazing job and even recommend at piece that was purchased at the visit.

My earrings tarnished within two days. I spent too much money for that too happen!
