The store was busy causing it to be a bit warm. 2 different charms I wanted were not in stock. The new charms for the paperclip bracelets aren't available for the classic bracelets.

I am, it was my first time and I’m adding to a bracelet I just received as a gift. Spacers should be a bit less if essential. Then people would buy more.

The item we wished to purchase was limited and some were not in stock at this location. This location is better than most locations I’ve been to.

I loved that the sales associates were so attentive and ready to serve but as soon as I walked through the door, I felt a little overwhelmed. I felt I was being jumped on before I even had a chance to walk through the door and get my bearings. But everyone was very helpful and backed off a little, which I really appreciated.

Varios charms estaban agotados, y eran los que más deseaba comprar, pero la atención fue rápida, la tienda estaba limpia y me gustó que nos atendió un agente bilingüe, eso es muy bueno.

Don’t live locally - won’t return until December

I would like to see more Disney options at this store. We also had to wait outside in the heat for 20 minutes before we could walk into store.

It just seemed as though I had to help the sales associate. She didn’t recommend or say things until I brought it up. I’m a former Pandora employee.
