Happy with the employee who assisted me. Didn't like the associates who greeted me at the door, they didn’t welcome my friendly

Had to wait in line outside of the store under sun and Florida heat. When asked about the different bracelets available the sales person did not pulled a display tray instead was pulling them out one by one and it was taking too long.

The sales lady was very helpful, but the space is small. It was just too crowded for me. Everything else was good.

The first sales associate we had helped my daughter with a bracelet and then forgot about us.

My mom passed away 2 days prior. I went in looking for a "mom" charm but couldn't read the small print. The associate pulled the tray out then said we could look through them and let her know when we were ready & she started to leave. I told her I needed help with them and she read them but was audibly and visibly annoyed that we needed extra help. It was an extremely difficult time for me and she didn't seem interested in helping us much at all.

The sales associate was friendly until we decided not to purchase the spacers for the bracelet and charm I bought for my neice

I bought the minnie mouse ring as well as two others while at orlando, got home 5 hours later and realized it is missing a stone , went to another pandora and said they cannot fix it there.

My only complaint was, I was shopping at Disney Springs. They only had one of the 50th Anniversary Disney World charms available.
