Christine K was very helpful. She was easy to work with and was very knowledgable about merchandise

The associate didn’t know how to replace a pandora that is the second one that breaks be used of the design (R2D2). She keep asking me if I still have warranty on it and I kept saying to check my purchases because I didn’t have the receipt. The manager has to explain to her how to do it.

Not able to look at charms freely

The sales associate was not as customer friendly as she could have been. Need some diversity training. Another sales associate had an appointment with another client and we both were standing at the same counter at the same time. I replaced my bracelet because the associate indicated that it could not be repaired nor did she make a recommendation other than to make a purchase. Sales associate complained that other franchises did not allow customers to sig off when jewelry was requested to be cleaned. She trashed her own employer. Not a good fit.

Kellie who helped us was wonderful, but I wanted to take a moment to walk around the store and admire all the pieces and twice I was approached by an associate as to whether I needed help. It was a little too aggressive. I felt like I needed space to breathe.

It was very busy in the store with lots of people. Felt rushed.

The greeter at the door was relucrant to let us enter the store until we told her why we were there. She wanted to.prevent us from going in if we were looking for a particular charm, which she informed us was sold out. Very rude in the process.
