Pandora Jewelry

It took a while to be attended but once we were, it was fine. I was hoping there would be more park specific charms, that was mostly the reason I came to Disney Springs but that’s alright, got what I needed for the gift.

Not enough selection for size 10 in rings

Since masks are required - maybe make the sales area a little cooler. Lots of people, bright lights, mask - makes it awfully warm. If the sales area was cooler - I would have stayed longer to look at more things

I was looking for color to add to my collection and the sales person couldn’t head me in that direction. She seemed to be in a hurry and not get my transaction done quick enough!!

I wear a size 10 in rings and it was not a great selection.

Lady opening the door was slow, ignored me. I had to come and go twice-my son and his girlfriend were looking at charms. The first time I came she asked what brought me in today- essentially why was I there. I didn’t feel this was appropriate. Obviously if I want to come into your store and look, your products brought me in. So while they were making up their mind, I wanted to run to the bathroom. Upon returning, she stood in front of the door and she was talking to someone else. She would not let you in and she completely ignored me until the other person left. Then she asked me, what brings you in today? Really? I was just here. My answer was, “Well my son and his girlfriend and still in there waiting to make a purchase”. She seemed snotty. Considering I was the one with the money, I didn’t appreciate it. My son’s salesperson was awesome. Everyone else I. The store was awesome just not the lady at the door. Oh also note the store was not busy the second time I came in so that is not an excuse either. My son and his girlfriend purchased 2 charms, one of which was engraved. Again service was excellent

Too many associates chasing me to help. Store is small.

There was a large selection to choose from in what I was looking for. The associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable.

Everything was fine. Went in looking for a specific charm and found it. Sales associate was very sweet. She recommended an item as we were finalizing our purchase. Had she recommended it before, she may have made another sale. Lastly, I don’t really shop pandora anymore due to the long term appearance of the jewelry. Always looks amazing in the store but that does not seem to last long. I see you are adding more 14 k gold. That may help although we know the price point is vastly different….
