Bethany was great. She looked up my past orders and helped me get the right one items. She was quick so I could be in and out and done.

There were lines to get in. The sales people do not get commission on their sales even though they spend a good amount of time with each customer. My sales girl was so kind and patient.

I could not get someone to assist me even though they were not helping customers.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service and the way I got attended while shopping for some nice rings for a gift.

I was very satisfied with my purchase. The store was clean. The workers were very educated on their products and they were very helpful with everything I was looking for.

I think the experience in Pandora is a little too fast. I feel pressured to hurry and make decisions. I’m sure it helps you make more sales as a person doesn’t have enough time to second-guess their purchase. I spend a lot of money in Pandora and it would be nice if I didn’t feel the pressure to buy everything I wanted to look at.

Unfortunately, yet experience felt rushed. The associates expected you to know what you were there to purchase before being able to browse around the store to view the options. And as I was interacting with the associate, she would give me the item I was interested in to look at, but with little knowledge of the product or any interest in being a salesperson, engaging me, the customer. She just wanted a quick sale to move onto the next customers. Factory line service!!!

Associate did not do what I asked of her. She ignored my request and went on her way of doing things
