I went to two places. One of them they new a lot and got me the prices fast. The service was nice. The other store was somewhat slow because of how many people were there. I was looking for something and I got the item but it was way to expensive.

The band I was looking forward to getting and wanted to purchase at that moment was not in stock. The sales associate was able to order for me online and it will get sent to my house.

Very satisfied with selections available for a new bracelet to gift my niece. But the variety of styles for earrings is very limited.

Enployees were really nice, the organization and the exhibition were looking good, the location of the store is very convenient.

Sales Representative was difficult to understand…very heavy accent and mask made it hard to compress what she was saying.

We went to the location at Disney Springs which is a tourist spot so it was very busy and packed. The rating has nothing to do with the employees at the location, just our overall experience.

Once inside of the store they were very nice and helpful. They showed me everything I wanted to see before I made my decision. I will always stop there whenever I am in Orlando.

Over all it was good. I had the problem when I went back to the store. I knew what charm I wanted and was about to leave Disney Parks. So I stopped back to purchase the Toy Story Land charm and had cash to pay but was told to wait in line to pay and because she could only take card. I didn’t have the card nor did I have time to wait in line. When I was told if I knew what charm I wanted they could ring me out. I just didn’t understand why the person who got the charm for the lady (associate standing out) just couldn’t ring me up. I was hurt because that charm is not online and now I can’t get it. I would of gladly gave her the money to cash me out. But it ha to be some type of card.
