Team lead working on Sunday at noon was rude. Treated as if I was going to steal product and judged me, due to my young age.

There was a woman with a backpack and a child sitting on the floor the entire time of my visit. I could not get by with my scooter, nor did they move when I tried to navigate by them. I did tell an assistant but they were not concerned. It was also a trip hazard for others.I don’t understand how they allowed this especially during Covid. Put a seat there if someone needs to sit.

The person assisting me seemed new but she was very sweet

I wasn’t highly satisfied because this store is supposed to be the flagship store at Disney Springs and they didn’t have alot of the Charms we were looking for.

Certain charm selections were not available.

Some of the staff members were less then friendly. I didn’t feel as I was a valued customer in this store. A few of the staff talk down to you and look at you as you are a bother or are beneath them.

Very clean location with a lot of selections. They only allow a certain amount of customers in at a time due to social distancing .

The wait outside in the hot Florida sun...was my main issue...they need some type of shade/covering and fans outside

When my items were packaged, I was not shown the items first to ensure correct purchase and items were in good condition
