Selection of merchandise very limited. What I was looking for not available.

Due to pandemic they were only letting a few people in the store at one time. This accounted for a 1 hour wait time outside the store in the heat.

The girl helping me did not seem happy to be there or helping me. I wanted to see rings, earrings and necklaces but only ended up being shown rings. She did help me find my size, but then just pulled out rings and set them in the case in front of me. I didn't know what size they were, price, or anything. I had to ask each time I tried one on and then when having a tough time choosing one she just stared at me, which was not helpful. I didn't get to look around the store to see the other selections of jewelry offered which upset me because it was Disney springs and far from where I live, so I was hoping to see some exclusive items.

Due to Covid the store was busy and seemed crowded, I felt rushed and sales clerk was all over the place during interaction. Was not able to see the products well through glass.

I really Couldn’t understand the sales associate and she didn’t seem Interested in helping us that much

While the associate was friendly, I felt she was not very genuine and it felt like she was acting. Also, I spent almost $300 and she only put my items in 1 small fold up cardboard flimsy box wrapped in tissue. She should have put each item in a charm box for that amount of money. I also felt that the exclusive Disney items were very highly over priced.

They dont allow you to browse through the store. Wich hold me from making a bigger purchase

We made a purchase while on vacation and should have been given our Disney Vacation Club discount at the time of purchase. The sales associate verified my ID and we completed the purchase. Only after arriving home and checked my emailed receipt did I notice our discount was not applied. I immediately called the store and spoke to Pamela who stated they would not refund my money, that I had to come back into the store. I explained we were out of state and her only offer was to send a gift card in the refund amount to me for use in their store. Not sure if or when we would go back there. Surely there was a way to refund to my credit card over the phone.
