I wish more options were shown. Couldn’t walk the store so didn’t really get to see if I wanted to purchase anything else. I wasn’t shown much.

The sales associate that helped me did not really show me a variety of charms. She asked what I was looking for and gave me two options instead of a tray of options. It was my first time, so I wasn’t sure what kind of charms were in store and would have liked to see more.

Wasn’t allowed to walk around the store to look at display cases.

I do the products, however, I do feel they are pricey. I also was disappointed that there were no Harry Potter products in the store. This was my first time in a Pandora and I felt a bit overwhelmed and rushed because of the limited capacity.

There wasn't a large selection of what I was looking for. Most of the charms were repetitive. Our associate was not very welcoming.

I was looking for Mickey Mouse charms that I don’t already have, there were slim picking. I was disappointed, that’s all.

Employee seemed to be bothered that I did not want to wear my merchandise out. She roughly laid items on the counter, and didn't seem too please after she finished checking us out. We did come in knowing exactly what we wanted, and she found a good alternative

Associate wasn't personable or friendly, just trying to rush us through

Very hard to look at merchandise I know we are social distancing but I just wanted to look at all the thing and was very limited. The associate seemed annoyed that I wanted to look and didn’t know what I wanted. Not the first time I have had an issue with this location. Wanted to take my time and look around but wasn’t possible. Still dropped money though probably would have been more if I was a loud to look more

Our first associate Valerie wasnt helpful at all and made us fill rushed but The sales associate Gina was great
