I came in with my daughter and her best friend to purchase some Disney items and other items. The sales person that we dealt with Chrislane A. seemed a little bother with the time it took for my girls to make a decision on what they wanted and what charms to select. I’ve been a customer over 20 years and I’m a regular customer and I know how difficult it is with social distance during the pandemic but when you keep a group together you must have patience, and not fluctuate on your friendliness as it’s a turn off. Mind you between all three of us we spent almost $600+.

I loved the costumer service. The young lady who helped was very kind, professional and helpful. I’m so happy with my 1st pandora purchase. I know this won’t be the last time.

I want to go in and browse. I feel like the staff hovers and are pushy. I bought 3 charms but felt like I couldn’t just browse. I don’t need a sales person hovering over me the whole time. It’s annoying and honestly won’t be back to that store. It’s not like it’s a diamond store for goodness sake.

Wait was long. Couldn't browse the store and didn't have the merchandise that I was looking for. I really expected better from such a location.

Had to wait outside for an extended time. Your merchandise, for a Disney property location was very limited, and not much of a selection of new charms...

The customer service is as great however the Star Wars bracelet I purchased only in comes in 3 sizes. I had to purchase a slightly smaller bracelet than I normally would. I understand that it’s a limited edition style but you need to expand sizing to accommodate everyone. Other than that I will continue to purchase Pandora.

It is difficult to determine what you want to buy because you need to trust the sales person to choose what they think you’d like. It is impossible for that person to know what your tastes are in a short time. I believe people would buy more of it was displayed so you could see everything at once.

The sales associate got on my nerves a bit saying, “Purr-FECT” after each bit of dialogue. I’m sure she meant well and was just trying to do a good job.
