Pandora Jewelry

I always look forward to coming to this store in particular because the staff is always so nice and helpful but not pushy with their sales, this time it was not enjoyable. I brought my daughter in for her 16th birthday, and told the sale person she always has wanted Pandora earrings. She still talked about charms and then when I said she wants wants to buy earrings, she went and brought a tray over. My daughter picked a pair- and was excited about them and the salesperson then got 2 necklaces and kept talking about them. I again had to step in and say my daughter is buying the earrings. My daughter had her cash out on counter and the salesperson has already proceeded it as credit- so then she realized she hadn’t listened or paid attention that my daughter was paying and buying her earrings!!! It was not a pleasant experience for my daughter to have on her birthday at all.

There was no "wow" factor during my visit

The store is very clean and his adequate lighting to see the products. The staff were quick to help and were very knowledgeable about the different charm collections.

I’m going to have to exchange my charm. It is defective. I am new to Pandora, and if I can figure that out being as new as I am…then the sales lady should have known it too! Now I have to drive 20 plus miles, pay tolls both ways, exchange it, and repeat the process!

The associate didn't seem to interested in the sale. With the mask it was difficult to understand what she was saying because she speaks softly. It seemed she was a new associate?? I truly appreciate everyone especially during this difficult time.

No pude ver las prendas en la tienda. Solo me limitaron a ver un catálogo, y creo que está bien pero en mi personalmente por eso fui a la tienda para ver la mercancía. De mi parte creo que si voy hasta la tienda es para ver lo disponible si quisiera comprar online es diferente (lo hubiera visto en mi casa el catálogo) aparte de eso todo lo demás está bien.

En todo momento estuve satisfecha en mi visita a este establecimiento y muy contenta con el trato y profesionalismo de todos ahí, una limpieza excelente cada vez que terminaban con un cliente.
