Pandora Jewelry

The counter were I was attended was very messy and I have to ask the associate to move boxes and clean stuff so I was appreciate the jewelry on that counter.

Charm looked used when I opened it. It has scratches like it’s been used

I felt rushed and I had to know exactly what I wanted or they wouldn’t let me in the door. I’ve been at this store before and was very put out by the employees then

The sales staff was attentive, but there was something missing. I can always feel that there is commission involved. I do not look the part of someone who has money to burn, and I’m always highly aware of that when I go in. It usually takes a while before I catch someone attention, and then the attention is not genuine.

We have no Pandora stores in our city. Had issue with a ring purchased at this location last year-4 days left on yr warranty. Were informed that replacements we on defects only. How do we/they know that is was not a manufacture defect. Ring worn only once by responsible adult. Manager finally replaced for me after much discussion. I chose to make my purchase with another salesperson.

The store was overcrowded (not your fault I know but it is small store for the area). The sales lady while knowledgeable and cordial was not friendly. It would have also been nice if she would have offered to show me the discontinued charms when I told her the price range I was looking at instead I stumbled onto them myself.

The saleswoman was not polite

The item I wanted was not available in my size.

Disney Springs needs to be doubled in size. The store is always so busy. Yesterday, the store had people waiting in line outside. Very busy, the merchandise is always great Thanks to Kelsey

Very nice experience overall. The only problems was the business of the store. There was also a child screaming so that made the experience a little less enjoyable. Wyatt had a very cute accent and was very helpful. He tried his hardest to find the size i needed for a ring but you just didnt have it in stock.
