I would have been highly satisfied if the items were free. Jewelry is expensive. Therefore, satisfied is in my opinion the correct answer.

The shop was very busy and noisy at the tint of our visit. The assistant was helpful in showing us what we asked for but didn’t recommend anything else.

There were not many options available. Sales associate did not create the best customer experience in terms of engagement and friendliness but was knowledgeable of products.

I felt a little pressured into purchasing more than I wanted too. After I had made a decision, I was still shown more so I would spend more money. When I again said I just wanted the one item, I was asked if I was sure. “Are you sure?” I was asked that several times. It made me feel a little uncomfortable saying I didn’t want to buy anything else. After all that, I felt like I didn’t even want to buy what I had originally decided to buy. I may take it back.

There was a sales person at the door asking why we had come to Pandora. It felt like she was blocking the entrance to the store. If I don’t give the right answer I can’t come in? Or if I’m just looking I’m not allowed inside? I’ve been a Pandora customer for over 20 years and have over 40 charms. If i just want to look I should be able to do so. The experience almost made me turn around and leave. I had my daughter with me so I didn’t. I purchased 2 charms that day...

This was only my 2nd time at Pandora. My first time was 2 days prior was to purchase a 65yr old birthday gift for my mother. The assistant manager and associate Pamela were wonderful. Unforutably the bracelet was to big and I needed to exchange, I feel that this time the person that exchanged the bracelet wasn't as friendly not helpful this go araound seemed more annoyed. On this transaction I did purchase another Charm and Zane was wonderful and patient since again this was my second time and my mothers first time.
