Very disappointed that the bags and charm packaging has changed! The paper package my charm came in was cheap and I nearly lost it

The salesperson was not friendly, no smile she seems bored.

Staff member didn’t seem that engaged with me as a customer. Later discovered that product was cheaper in my home country. Product was wrapped away from me so wasn’t shown what was being wrapped until I left the store.

You don’t carry as many rings in my size my fingers are only a size 4 and a half it would be nice to feel as if someone with small fingers was just as important as someone with bigger fingers.

The sales associate was not friendly, arrogant, like he was above me and didn’t have time for someone like me.

There was only one set of Disney charms to look at which were being covered up by another customer who was waiting to pay. Might be worth having more around the store or a separate area to pay?

Busy and it was my daughter’s first purchase of charms for her new bracelet and they didn’t really acknowledge her.

Wouldn’t let us use military discount and we were out of towners.

I was highly satisfied with the wonderful, knowledgeable and quick service I received.
