I am from out of state on vacation

Not allowed to browse alone. Staff over friendly. Too much upselling.

I waited a long time and wasn’t greeted or told someone will be with me soon. I am a guest experience manager at Disney and I expect at least someone greeting me when I come in.

This visit I was specifically there for the sale merchandise. Technically they were only 2 charm displays that were on the 30-40 50% off sale and one other display with a few necklaces. And one of the cases was only 30% off, yet at other locations some of those charms were included in the sale. Basically they present like a flagship store and granted they have a ton of inventory, but considering I was there at the beginning of the third day of the sale and they had very little to sell, on one hand I could say congratulations y'all sold an enormous amount of items the first two days, but again considering the size and location of the store, I was expecting there to be a lot more. I've been there previously on a sale like this and the selection was much greater. I live about two and a half hours away from the store and made a point of stopping there. I made a purchase but I can't say I was thrilled with what I had to select from. If I had only been shopping for regular charms not on sale, I probably would have no complaint.

Lines were long but staff was great

Two charms that I have had for less than 6 months have become damaged very quickly (one I purchased and the other I received as a gift). The white Mary Poppins charm turned brown very quickly and I could not get it clean, while on Aurora dress charm, a whole panel of the enamel on her dress came off! That charm has been discontinued I’m told so I don’t know how to get it repaired or replaced.

Staff had issue with credit cards not processing,but we're still very professional

Handheld devices for checking out were extremely slow. Had to try multiple before one worked. Associates were very friendly throughout the whole thing.

I was highly satisfied I loved the customer service! Definitely will be returning back soon thank you.
