sales associate forgot to enter my annual pass discount so i will be returning to the store to see if it can still be given.

When the store is very busy it gets a little hecktic

Everything was fine except for the sales associate. She was knowledgeable and took care of us quickly but her demeanor was less than thrilled. I guess I prefer a friendlier, more engaging employee, especially when you're handing over $70 to the business. I don't even think she smiled once at us which I found highly odd, especially considering the demeanor of employees at OTHER Pandora stores I have visited, which were totally fine and very friendly. Perhaps a bit of work ethics boost would be helpful.

The only reason I wasn’t highly satisfied is because the Store Associate I originally was speaking with had a attitude. I came in to ask about Pandora charms I purchased at Magic Kingdom. I was told by a associate from Disney I needed to bring them in to register them. Since they couldn’t there. The Associate was rude and wasn’t listening to what my question was. I just wanted to make sure if I had any problems, that they were under warranty.

There were 4 plus associates in the store. It took over 20 minutes for anyone to even greet me and I was standing directly in front of 2 of the associates the entire time. I knew what I wanted when I walked in and stood directly in front of the case the entire time waiting 2 purchase 2 Walt Disney World Castle charms. 2 of the associates were busy with other customers but the other 2 were not. I didn't think it should take over 40 minutes to spend over $150 that should have taken 10 min max. Also to not be greeted at all was upsetting. When I was finally helped the associate still didn't say hello. She just said can I show you something? Obviously I wasn't standing in one spot for 20 min to not be shown or purchase what I am there for.

Nothing wow'd me about the experience. The associates were nice, but they didn't go above and beyond. I think the store is a bit confusing to navigate, the items were displayed in different parts of the store, prices on the display were different - given the excuse that the prices just went up last weekend.

Our sales associate was "okay", seems kind of bored and could care less about helping me. I knew pretty much exactly what I was looking for, she just kind of pointed, or show me some of the the extra tips of the charm. I've just had better experiences in the past. This associate maybe wasn't impressed with such a small sale, only $55
