I had been looking for a further specific charm but it was no longer in stock and the store did not indicate that it could be sourced elsewhere. I was just disappointed.

The store was quite busy at the time so I bought the bead that I wanted and left.

Found the stock very low in volume, you ran a sale and it was the last day of the sale, but there were about three murrano beads there and I wanted more of a choice! We are not from here but from Canada and the place we buy beads has loads of stock, always! The girl that waited on us knew her merchandise and was very friendly, but kept tellin us they had new beads coming in this week, no good for us there to take advantage of the sale! Did manage to find some beads and get a great discount,was pleased with that!

The associate the was helping me was very rude. She acted as if I was bothering her. She called the manager to ask a question and the manger didn't even look at me or greet me.

I am a Texan and this is the only reason why I can not go back to this Pandora Location within 90 days

Had to wait a short while for assistance AS THE STORE WAS BUSY AND THERE WERE NO SALES ASSOCAITES AVAILABLE WHEN WE FIRST WET IN.Otherwise very pleasant store and sales associates. Very happy with purchases.

Service was great. I just wasnt happy with the selections available. The locks available for my bracelet was very limited. Wish they had more options.

That's far to optimistic.....there is always room for improvement when selling high priced fashion jewellery.

The price for one charm is very pricey. This is the main reason I purchase charms elsewhere unless I really love a certain charm. The only reason I said I would not return to this particular store however was because I was only visiting that state.

I won't be in the location after tomorrow. The store was nice. I went for a specific charm and got it. Did not spend much time there.
