Sales person had trouble finding earrings that matched necklace.

The frist two employees didn't seem to want to help me it wasn't until Cryise got there that I felt like my business was wanted in this store

I live in Wisconsin and the store is in Florida.

I personally find these items extremely expensive but was buying as a gift.

The store was very crowded. When I was waited on, I asked for one item, and I was specific it was the only thing. The associate kept suggesting other items. I told her that it was a gift for my mom, who likes Pandora. I collect Alex and Ani.

I would only not return in 90 days because I live VERY far away, otherwise I totally would.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful, I just felt a little pressured to buy more than I needed. It also seemed difficult to look up some prices of items so I feel like that could be easier and quicker but that was no fault of the associate. She was great.

I was shopping and found the Daisy Duck charm, but you were out of the Donald Duck one, and I was so upset. There were none to be found and they were on sale. I really wanted the set but couldn't get it.

Purchased a ring with diamonds all around, not even a week later one of the diamonds came off and I will need to exchange the ring. I am not in Orlando anymore so hopefully I will not receive any problems with the process of exchanging the ring.

The store was crowded, I had to wait for a sales associate to be available (though that was ok, just unexpected), I use a cane which made it a bit more awkward to deal with the crowd. These are the only reasons I was not highly satisfied.
