It was really crowded and I don't do crowds well.

It was very crowded. Hard to get service. Hard to see showcases.

Store was crowded, prices are high and selection isn't greatest. Generally the charms are too generic.

Store was too crowded. Not enough employees to help customers. Had to wait to help. Employee was rushed while helping us. Seemed like she wanted us to buy and leave and not give us time to shop around.

Had charms cleaned during our visit and was lend to believe that it would take less time than it actually took. Purchased another charm during the visit and after the purchase it some what felt as if we were in the way while waiting on the cleaning.

It was very busy!

The store was very crowded hard to look around

It was just an okay experience, no different than what I received at a fast food restaurant.

I was greeted when I walked into the store but it took a while for someone to actually wait on me.
