I had a great experience on this visit. I did not choose highly satisfied because in my opinion that leaves no room for improvement, it signifies perfect. Nothing or no one is perfect. There is always room for improvement. However, Andrew provided great service and I would recommend this Pandora location.

I was satisfied with the visit. No major wow factors. Just stopped in on a whim.

The store is a bit crowded

it took quite awhile to get waited on. store was very busy.

I was ignored by a couple of sales assistants to start with so had to wait for someone else to attend to me

Associate seemed tired and like she didn’t enjoy her job. Overall a great experience. I just would have liked the associate to be a little more friendly.

The store seemed to be very busy. I had to approach a sale person instead of them coming to me seeing if I needed help. There was one lady helping me find a ring and size then she shuffled me to another person to finish the sale. It would have been nice to finish the sale with the lady who was helping me from the beginning.

I am very disappointed with the Altamonte Springs, FL Pandora store. They would not exchange a ring and made us travel all the way to the Lake Buena Vista, FL store. It's my understanding that they should honor my return but they were VERY rude. I wouldn't recommend the Lake Buena Vista store only because of the distance from our home. They are very friendly and helpful at the Lake Buena Vista store. Pamela was very nice.

Associate less than interested in me and my needs. Did not readily know answers to my questions, especially as they related to Disney themed products...and this was at Disney Springs.

I do not speak English very well and I had a little trouble showing what I needed. but ... this is my problem ...
