A little crowded. Wait time for assistance was a little long.

No particular reason, I understand it's a busy store. It was inconvenient having to wait to get in and the line was long but I understand why. Once in the store there were a lot of people and the guests were making it hard to look in certain cases. All understandable though.

The shop is too small for this location, customers stand right on top of each other, trying to view the merchandise. It is very uncomfortable!

It was satisfactory, the store was crowded. Greeter outside did a great job with crowd control he was very personable and efficient. Sales person was a bit flustered and rushed. But again, the store was crowded

The associate was knowledgeable, however, the majority of the time I come to this story products are not available. I went to look for the string of beads necklace but was not available. That was the only inconvenience, the rest was nice.

Just the cost of Disney exclusives were exorbitant that's preventing me from placing it as HIGHLY SATISFIED.. Also the bracelet that I wanted were not available in my size.

The wait time to get in the store was more than my husband wanted to wait. The sales person was friendly, but it felt like a forced friendly. I felt almost like I was taking up his time. He loosened up the more he helped us. He was not rude, I guess just disinterested.

I was in a Pandora store to buy my wife's Christmas present. I found a beautiful ring, and in front of the ring was the price of it, $ 65, and nothing else was written. When I went to pay, the sales lady gave me the ring price was $ 95. That's when I questioned her because the price that was in the window was another. She told me that this value was the price the rings started and not the real price. I did not like it at all. I think if it is to put the price in the window, they should put the actual value of each product or make it clear that the values shown are the initial values.

Felt crowded and rushed since there were so many people in the store. Couldn’t look around at all the merchendise due to high volume.

Sometimes I feel like the items are overpriced and I was very disappointed to learn that only two days later there was a 20% discount offered! I did email the corporate office but so far have not received a response.
