It was very overwhelming with all of the sales associates constantly stepping over each other to find merchandise. Also, I understand that my associate was new, but she should have had someone with her to guide her. She had to look multiple times to locate the merchandise & the prices.

I just bought a brachet charm and all ready lose one spacer not right she most likey did'nt put it on right lost it same day

Went to happily ever after for Pandora just before going to this store and the sale associates was very rude. Another person that was at the 2nd who was behind us at the first store said the same thing as well. Nancy who I believe was the associate we purchased items with was the best. The store was very busy and we were very happy to have her. She is the best and Pandora shod appreciate what a great sales associate she is. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely come back and request her help!!

The store was extremely crowded. There were other customers who arrived after I did and were waited on prior to me. I also felt that I was rushed due to the number of other customers waiting.

Believe there is always room for improvementfor every person or business. We should never stop striving to improve.

I was not highly satisfied because I don't believe anyone can be highly satisfied with everything. My experience was fine not mind blowing.

I was gifting a best friend with at gift. The sales girl was great she took the time to locate the silver bracelet with the rise gold closure. So we would not have to ordet it. I work in retail the service was great.

I will not be returning to the location I last visited because I was traveling. I will however visit the store at my local mall.

Good experience
