I got to the hospital to give them to her and I was missing a Seven Dwarfs Spacer that I paid for. I had to call the store to get the problem corrected. The problem was corrected but I had a one hour forty minute round trip.

I was just interested in beads, so I felt like since I wasn't making a big purchase, they didn't care...

The actual visit to store was great but when I arrived home the charm I purchased was not in the box. I made 3 calls to the store to rectify the problem. A return call was expected after second try and never happened. Problem was rectified but should not have occurred in the first place. Why was box not checked before sending with customer?

I thought they might have a larger selection to choose from

It’s a very busy store.

I live in the Uk so won’t be visiting until next year.

Didn't know what I wanted and all the charms were not out to look at had to use a book and thenask if they had it,and sales person would go help others while I looked

I asked for 2 specific charms which were out of stock. After spending $133 I was given a survey to complete to receive $10 off my next purchase of over $100. I feel this is quite irritating.

The piece that I was looking for is not available yet and there was really nothing comparable. Also feel that the price point is a little high for the product.
