The service was as expected staff were pleasant and efficient bit that is what I expect . To get Highly Satisfied the service has to go beyond that

The sales associates struggled determining who could assist me when all three were just standing there. After one volunteering the other, she was not pleasant in the beginning, but later became more helpful and knowledgeable of the products.

I thought I was supposed to get an annual passholder discount and it was not on my receipt

The stores space was limited with the volume of consumers in it. The staff was limited as well with the volume of consumers shopping and purchasing. I waited for a half hour to purchase a ring that my daughter picked out prior to arriving in the store.

I live in California, and this Pandora store I visited was in Disney Springs, Florida. Therefore, I would likely not return or suggest this store in the next 90 days.

The door greeters were standing in front of the case I wanted to look at and didn’t move away while I was waiting for someone to be available. While I was waiting a asked a question about the prices shown and she didn’t answer confidentiality and the answer didn’t make sense. Idk why there were 2 door greeters chatting to themselves or if that was even what they were supposed to be doing. It looked incorrect.

Friendly & knowledgable assistance. Answered questions I had without trouble. Fitted the jewellery for me.
