On previous occasions they offered to clean my Pandora chain in the store which I was wearing on the day. this time they didn’t offer this service which was disappointing as I purchased 4 new pieces and the old ones against new look old etc.

I mistaken the pass holders discount percentage from my last visit. But I was able to pick up a charm that was recent out elsewhere.

Our sales person, Marissa did a great job. Zane the lead sales person also helps. Zane was a little more Into pressuring, even though my husband took me there to already pick something out. I understand why he did it, but it honestly wasn’t necessary. :) we had already gotten something! The store was a tad crowded, which being In Disney Springs is sort of understandable but it was a little hard to get around.

They were very nice and was will to answer all questions

I bought a ring and the very next day a stone came out... now I need to go back to a Pandora and HOPE they have another one in my size. Also, the clerk should have said to me well I know the other items don't qualify but if you purchase one more item you will get 25% off the 2 items. The ring was the PRINCESS WISH C 197736CZ-62.

There was many associates and they did help me. It did not take me long to make purchase, they were very efficient even though the store was very busy and crowed.

Just a busy store and finding an available representative was time consuming
