We stopped by this store to see if you had exclusive beads and ur sales associate was so friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately we won’t be back to this location only because we are in vacation but highly recommend it!

I ordered a product online, it came and it wasn’t exactly what was expected. I Went to the Disney springs location to do an exchange and while there was a line an associate came and helped us very quickly and was able to help us exchange from the line. Very satisfied

David was a great salesperson. He was very nice and helpful throughout the buying process.

We had visited two other locations to find a specific charm. The associate verified it was in stock. She asked us if there was anything else that we needed. She then invited us to come to an area outside the door and had a team member bring the item we wanted to purchase. The entire process was 15 or less. I’ve never experienced customer service that friendly or timely.
