Not told that you needed to check in for a sales assistant and felt assistant was a little too pushy to get me to buy more products

Communication between staff not so good, initial contact I was told abruptly that they were working the floor and would get someone to see me in time.

The sales associate was rude the whole time we spoke.

Little space to move around in such a busy store. Staff did their best but long wait to be served

The store was overly crowded and finding a sales representative to help was a little challenging.

The store was extremely hot, i had to wait in line to go into the store and they didn't have a big selection of large sizes rings

The salesperson that was initially helping us got mad that another salesperson was helping someone else in our party. She took the bracelet to the other salesperson and would not speak or help us any longer

I felt like the associate did not give me a personal experience. She didn't offer to show me the charms on my bracelet, she didn't offer suggestions on what would look good with the charm, and when I decided to purchase, she didn't offer to put it on my bracelet. She was just ready to box up the item. She was not very personable or very warm.

I had a vacation in Florida. I bought 2 charms this time. I bought each one at a different store. All the goods at Magic Kingdom store are priced higher. I didn't know that. I'd like to refund the price difference.

Store was quite crowded. The Disney pieces I was considering were all lumped together on a couple of bracelets. They looked old and worn. Not a good presentation at all
