I find that prices of the Pandora pieces a bit high for my budget. I got a bracelet and charm as a gift and bought a clip for myself during this visit, but it is unlikely that I will purchase another. The prices are high for just sterling silver and cubic zirconias. This is disappointing because someone like me would purchase a LOT more if they were more reasonably priced.

The store is very tight. Small. I had to ask for a water while others were given without asking.

We applied for the credit card and it took a long time to be approved. We nearly said ‘forget it’. Nancy and Jessica were both very helpful. I purchased the new sterling silver slide bracelet. I was shone how to use the bracelet but when I got home, my one side didn’t work. It would be nice when being sold, that the jewelry is ‘tested’. We live 2 hours from a store. We were on vacation fortunately and able to go back the next day.

There was a promotion when you spend more than $125 you get a gift. I spent more than $300 and they told me they didn’t have gifts anymore.

The selection was somewhat limited and I didn't find exactly what I was looking for (rooster/chicken bead). My sale assistant was very helpful but other workers were more concerned with talking to each other than assisting.

Charge card (debit) card would not work with three attempts. Knew there was money so not embarrassed. Sales associates extremely kind. Ended up using Disney magic band which I had not wanted to do but did. Went on to Harley Davidson, Cooks, Coca Cola and other stores where the card worked fine. (Maybe too fine!). Wanted to stop back at Pandora for another Disney charm but chose not to since the card didn’t work. Trouble on your end, not mine; lost sale.

Experience was great, but store was slightly crowded and I found a different characters at another store later in my trip that I want made aware of in my visit to this site.

I was highly satisfied with my visit. Wait time was normal. Lady taking care of me was friendly and offered suggestions on charms.

I was exchanging a charm which the diamond fell out, the sales assistant was no very interested in the exchange

Purchased the rope bracelet 2 years ago and I understand return policies but I got it home and didn't like it. I never wore it and the associate even commented it looked brand new. There is no other store around me and didnt think to call. So I finally had a chance to go back to the store and I had to purchase everything over again.
