There was limited selection. I tried to buy 2 bracelets for my girls but there was limited quantities of everything.

We were looking for specific Disney charms and the first helper didn’t understand what we were trying to find. Another lady had to step in and explain. The first woman wasn’t overly nice or friendly. The second was much more service oriented.

At first I entered the store, completely sure of what I wanted to buy. I saw 2-3 sales associates chitchatting near the store entrance but, as I give no importance to that. I gave a quick look through the store and after 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to come and help me while the same sales associates where still chitchatting, I had to approach one of the employees and ask for help. I said "Can somebody help me please?" and then she nicely said "i can help you" i told here what I wanted, she gave it to me, I paid and leave. I didn't like the fact that I needed to ask for help when I wanted to buy, I wasn't just looking, I was decided from the first moment I entered the store. I even talked to my sister about which charms I was gonna buy for my new bracelet and got excited when I saw they had a Stitch charm.

Time line waiting to be seen by the assistant was too long. The price could be better and I asked to clean mine pandora bracelet and charms comes out not too clean. The two ladies who assist me was very pleasant. I really like the charms but pandora should have more promotions in order too incentive us buy more products. The store location was perfect and the products locations
