Charms and bracelets very expensive/overpriced for Disney specific items.

The store is a bit small with the amount of visitors to the area (Disney property). The items I was looking for were not in stock and not retired items. I didn’t like being asked more than once about applying for a credit card.

Some of the charms I was looking for to complete my second bracelet have been discontinued. I had specific requirements, had spent a lot of time going through the brochure before going to the store to purchase.

The sales associate assisting me had terrible body odor. The sales associate directing customers at the front door had on sandals. Apparently, he had an issue with his toe nail, because you could see blood all over his big toe. Not professional at all, especially in an establishment like Pandora.

Not knowledge enough took too long for help was not listening to what I wanted

I was looking for the mickey exclusive necklace and they were out .

This store met my expectations at Disney location. My 1st experience there I felt a bit pressured and returned the next day (which was not convenient) to return - the return visit was different. The associate was helpful and heard my concerns.

Was looking for a particular Disney charm. Store did not have it in stock nor could they send me it when it came into stock. No follow up number or e mail were offered either to resolve my issue
