I was there on Wednesday, noone even acknowledge me, coming from the park with my family, i wasn't properly dressed I guess, on Thursday came with my husband for lunch, we were better dressed of course and the attention was totally different, they were busy, probably understaffed but they managed to help even as we were just looking before buying. The sales associate that complete our transaction was very professional and kids friendly even got my 4 year old daughter into buying a set, my husband and I of course very pleased with her service.

The staff was not opportune in the attention, preferred to review papers that attend to their next client. They do not make eye contact avoiding attending to their next client.

I felt the sales assistant was very helpful but she was unsure on what to show us, when we explained we where looking for something particular for my daughters 18th. But she did advise us on the clips and security chain which we did purchase one of. She said our insurance would be void if we didn’t have these things. I personally have never heard that before but it must be true I suppose!!!! Not. Don’t like being lied to. !!!!

still think products are over priced- but this was a gift.. the braclegs forwhat they are - are expensive no problems with staff and their knowledge

The sales associate Katherine seemed to be in hurry with me and wanted to make a sale and move on. I asked if there was any specials and explained how I started my set here last year due to a special and said nothing was going on at this time. Service was okay, but I was being hurried to move on to next customer.

When we entered the store only the manager was available for our return. She located the exchange that we were looking for but had us wait 20 minutes for another associate to process the exchange. This was a task that took 30 seconds once another associate was available.

Very difficult to get a sales associate to help. I realize the store was busy but there needs to be a number system or something to help guests find someone to help them, not just stand around hoping someone will notice.

As with any pandora store you cannot see all charms and have to rely on the sales person to show you what “they” think you want. It doesn’t afford the opportunity to see what is available then when you see something they put it away before you can see another. Missed opportunity for purchase of other pieces.

The service was fine, the shop was fine. Shopped in Disney Springs so was busy. The shop was very noisy. Took a while to get served but our server was quite lovely.
