I’m very satisfied with all my Pandora product.

They did not have the product I requested, a mother daughter bead in silver and the sales associate, who appeared to be new, sought help from other sales representatives who were not very helpful. The sales representative was kind, and helpful but lacked a broad knowledge base regarding the product in the store. This was the first visit out of 5 to this particular store where I felt welcomed and was waited on in a timely manner. As the store is close to my home and the next nearest store is miles away, I visit this store for convience not that I find the store to my liking.

It was just way too small of a store to handle the crowds in Disney! You have to wait in a line to get in and then wait for an associate, they do a great job managing the crowds but they could for sure use more people and more space!

Salesperson said she’d give me a box for my new bracelet. But never did. Only reason I won’t be back in next 90 days is this store is in Florida and I live in Michigan

Location is located in Disney Springs, it is very busy and is was not clear that you needed to go to the front counter to have someone assist you.

The special charms from Disney wasn’t a lot !

It was very busy and took nearly 20 minutes just for an associate to acknowledge I was there and another 10 before someone could help me.

we had a sales rep standing right in front of us and she walked away to help another. However Jenn the rep that did help us was very nice.

The only reason that I did not mark “highly satisfied” was due to the fact that it did take me a bit longer to get a sales representative than I believe would normally take. This location is in such a highly tourist location and it seemed like they were a bit overwhelmed by the amount of visitors that they had that day. The woman who did end up helping me was very kind and was able to get the exact charms that I was looking for to start my new bracelet!

The salesperson was very patient and knowledgeable.
