It took a very long time for an associate to be available to help me.

I am never highly satified.

Sales assistant rushed us and didn’t really listen to what I was saying. I felt very rushed into making a purchase and completely unable to change my mind as she had already boxed it up before I had even confirmed I wanted it. Other people were very much ‘getting in the way’ mostly children who clearly had no intention of buying products themselves but were just shoving past paying customers to look at the sparkly things in the cabinets. This was not addressed at all by the staff and was putting other customers off buying.

There were far too many customers on the store and not enough sales assistants to deal with them

It was the holidays and the earnings that I want was not available and the store was crowd. Hope next visit is better But I got a great service by the person who helped me

Store was way too crowded. No room to view or move around. Spent too much.

We have been searching for Disney princess Tiana for several years. Wish pandora will have it. Several other customers and employees wish so too.

Long waiting lines outdide the shop before you may enter. When you eventually enter the shop theres not enough space or assistants to help everyone. We wondered around until eventually someone noticed us
