A nice experience start to finish. A wonderful sales representative and a clean store. They gave me the time to wander before giving assistance.

Upon attempting to enter the showroom, a sales associates held us at the door because the showroom was over the limited capacity set by the fire marshall. We waited outside the door for about 10 - 15 minutes before gaining entry. The sales person whom we purchased from was very good. However, after our purchase, my wife wanted to look around some more and another associate asked if we were informed about the safety chain clasp based on how much we had just spent. Unfortunately, we were not told about this type clasp and would have made that type purchase knowing the amount money I just spent on my wife's early Christmas gift. However, I have just lost my job and do not have any extra money to spend at this time not knowing what the future holds for me and employment. Now, I have to hope that the current clasp does not break until I am in a position to afford this type of safety chain clasp in order to protect the investment that I just made for my wife.

Store was too crowded. Didn’t have what I wanted. The size I needed wasn’t available.

Too cramped for the amount of people milling around (both employees and customers alike) trying to take fair time to peruse the cases. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, but might need to consider a layout that allows for the "we're just looking" crowd to have room to do that without impeding those there to actually purchase products.

the store was very busy it was Saturday after thanksgaving but the sales lady was going out of her way to help me and got every thing I needed. A big pulse go to Ashley C for her help and I'll be back for more for my Daughter and grand daughters.

My sales associate was awesome! Maybe do to lication of Pandora store it was hard to get associate to help us. We waited 25 minutes before someone could help us. Super busy store. After we got the help it went great (:

It was the store on Disney property, since I only go to Disney every few years I doubt I'll be back soon. We don't have a Pandora store nearby, but have a few jewelers who stock it. I go there.

I had to visit the store at Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida approximately 4 times over the course of several days before there was no longer a waiting list to be waited on by the sales associates. Once I finally got someone to wait on me it was a pretty good experience although I was disappointed that given its location the store did not offer more of Pandora's Disney themed jewelry items, especially earrings.
