Thank you to Ginny for the great suggestions and knowledge that she has. She also wasn't pressuring me into buying silver as my bracelet is 100% gold, she knew and understood and appreciated that I didnt want any silver charms or products.

Associate was not knowledgeable about the availability of Disney charms. She had to get another associate after asking multiple times.

I should receive a credit on my card and have not yet seen it. It shows on the receipt as a return and tax spent on the item was not credited...why? Now because I must return for clarification. I think I just figured this receipt out. They should have explained the transaction, which they did not do. I can see how it balances out but I am not happy. Also, why does the Pandora store in Disney not honor the deals?

I saw the ad which stated 45% off and when I got my jewlery there was no 45% off only a one item at 20% off. I was highly disappointed.

It took a little while to get waited on and wasn't greeted at all coming into the store. The clerk helping us couldn't find prices on two of the things I was interested in and had to get help twice.

During our visit we purchased one Disney bead and the sales associate never begged us to buy more. I have had other associates push to buy more but Ashley was very pleasant. She forgot to give our Annual Pass holder discount and she handled it very professionally as well as her manager.

As it was the day before thanksgiving the store was very busy. Double strollers as well as lots of people did hamper walking round and being able to view the display cabinets. However when I was served the assistant was very helpful and found all the charms I wanted to see.. Competed my purchase with no problem.

Everything was fine until payment time. The I pad used for credit card payment was not working. After a good ten minutes, two assiciates tried another i pad for another ten minutes, Then they decuded we coukd pay at the register. We didn’t realize we could pay at the reguster or we would have requested it when the first i pad didn’t work instead of standing there for over twenty minutes. It was tiring and frustrating.
