Highly satisfied is a hard level to achieve. We were satisfied with our visit, but did not experience anything superior to give it a highly satisfied rating. IT was fine but not outstanding.

Tried to exchange a safety chain that had stones falling out.they could not find it in the system.want me to contact customer service about it.Baloney,it is your product..just replace it..

The store was full, so I had to wait to be helped. The original items I was looking for were not in stock. The merchandise is unique and beautiful but prices are high for a middle class shopper

I was told certain charms were Disney exclusive and only available at the Disney springs resort. Therefore wanting you to buy there and then when actually you can buy and are available at other pandora shops including back in uk

I went into this Pandora store because I wanted to get a charm that was exclusive to Disney (e.g., one that I could not get in any other Pandora store in the country), to commemorate my recent trip to Disney World. After showing me a set of charms that was regularly carried in this store but exclusive to that Disney store and parks only, the representative should me the limited edition one as well and told me that it was also exclusive to the Disney and not sold anywhere in the country. I bought it, thinking that it was exclusive. However, when I got back to my home area, I noticed this limited edition charm sold in my local store. I called the store the next day, to tell the manager to let them know that I was told the incorrect information and this charm was misrepresented (so they do not tell another customer that this limited edition charm was only exclusive to the Disney store and parks), and she apologize for the misunderstanding. The manager did not provide a resolution, except to mention that I could get some of their regularly carried, but exclusive charms, on the Disney app.

I was in the store an hour after opening. There were few guests and plenty of staff, but it was had getting anyone to help when I was ready to make my purchase.

The sales associate could have been little more friendly and happily present the products. I absolutely love the items they showed me and they were very helpful but I did not feel as if they were happy to have me as a customer. Although, for the price and quality of the ring I purchased, I will definitly be a loyal pandora customer in the future.
