Disney charms a little more expensive than I was expecting

The it was difficult to get staff attention - the store was very busy - I was not approached to be given help but when I requested help the staff member was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable of the product. This rescued my opinion of the store as I was very happy with the service I received. However there were aspects of the service and location of products etc that seemed to take several associates to sort out and many ‘intercom’ interactions. My associate had just returned from vacation so this could be why she could not locate some items as they had been moved while she was away.

The bead I was looking for isn't available. And location is the reason I won't be returning.

In Disney just a little crowded no fault of you

I went to the Pandora store in Orlando so the store was very crowded. There was not a lot of room to walk around and there was no one available to attend to me. This wasn’t a problem, I was happy to wait, but that’s why i wasn’t highly satisfied.

THE Sales designer assigned to me must have been new. She was very nice, however not very knowledgeable of the products.

The sales assistant was somewhat helpful but he didn’t know the prices of items and had to look them up each time. The book he was using to look up the items was falling apart!

The first associate didn’t seem very interested in helping us. Just didn’t seem like a happy location.

They should have a sign up stating you need to register your name to get customer service. We didn’t know this and left and came back it was very busy but we were served with8n 20 minutes

It was very crowded and sufficiently staffed, we still had to wait a few minutes for service.
