The person in the service was not that kind

Was told I would've called in less than 5 minutes when an assistant was free but waited over 10 minutes and noticed new shoppers going straight to cabinets and being served instantly

Due to the poor customer service at the beginning. However, Kaitlyn turned it around for me and made it a pleasent experience and i will now return

Really nice things lovely staff

Upon entering the store, no one greeted us right away or offered assistance even though not everyone was busy with other customers. The sales rep who assisted us (Ashley) was very nice and friendly and helpful. There was a wonderful sale but my only complaint would be that the Disney items were not on sale as well. I would have purchased more had they been. Otherwise, it was a pleasant visit overall.

Store was very crowded

The store was very busy and it took a little time to get assistance. However this was just because of the high traffic at that specific location

It was pretty busy the day I was there. There were a lot of sales associates helping customers but then there were about 4-5 other employees standing around with iPads entering in information to put people in line. Don’t understand why those employees couldn’t just help customers also to make the wait time less. When shopping with an impatient husband it wasn’t very pleasant because he was ready to go as it was. If we would’ve had to wait any longer we would not have bought anything.

I live in the UK so I won't be back in Orlando for another year

I found that the sales associate was trying to hard to make a sale. When I came into the store it was for the one thing I wanted. The associate in my option just wanted to make a bigger sale and I felt when I told her no her attitude changed with me.
