Yo queria ver la coleccion de Disney y la vendedora amablemente me mostró unos broches de Mickey con brillantes, cuando me dijo el precio le dije que queria algo más económico y pareció perder interes. Eso me hizo sentir incomoda pero igual compre un colgante que me encantó. Siempre me han atendido muy bien en las tiendas Pandora, sobre todo en España, era la primera vez que iba a una Pandora en Estados Unidos.

I have shopped at this store before and been greeted promptly by a friendly sales person. On this particular visit 2 sales people were talking animatedly with one another while we waited for service and it was only after the manager interrupted their conversation to send one of them over to us that they ceased their personal conversation. Once the sales person came to us, she did her job, but was certainly not friendly or personable(I felt like she thought we had interrupted her)...something I would not have expected to experience in Disney Springs. I will return to this outlet on my next vacation at Disney, knowing that this was hopefully a 'one-off'.

I don't believe that any retail store provides outstanding customer service. Pandora staff are friendly and knowledgable but that is what I would expect due to the quality and cost of the product.

due to the offers during the weekend, the store was full of people. the attendants were very kind and tried to minimize the waiting time, but it was difficult to move around the store and see the displays.

Not all of the charms were available. I felt like I was a inconvenience with making a big order.

Three sales associates were having a conversation near to the counter that I was standing at and not one of them asked if I required assistance. Please note the reason for choosing 'unlikely to revisit' in the next 90 days is because I live in the UK.

Size of selection cabinets means its hard to get more than one person in to see items. More a volume of shoppers than a problem with the store itself. Also having charms in small plastic manufacturers bags devalues the items when you are paying a premium.
