As with every Pandora store, the staff immediately ask what they may help me with. Then I’m watched as if I’m going to break the glass display and run. Overall, I end up spending less time in the store and never get to really browse.

I felt very rushed. Granted, the store was extremely busy, but there was no opportunity to browse at all.

Associate offered to rearrange the charms on my bracelet. I asked for it to also be cleaned. She said it’s clean already. I responded with I like keeping up with it. Associate took it to the back and pretended to clean the charm, but it was obviously not done.

The wait time for assistance exceeded the amount of time I had. When it was my turn, the associate went to a different customer, the manager apologized and sent a new associate.

Very slow service. I was waiting near the item I wanted to purchase for around 5 minutes with staff members walking past. The store was not busy and I was about to walk away resulting in a lost sale for you

The sales associate who assisted me seemed to be annoyed with me. She picked out some things that were not my style and made a face when I kept saying I did not like them. Overall, I felt like I was bothering her.

The sales representative was not helpful AT ALL! She was very serious and a bit rude, wasn’t showing me other options at all

I felt staff were very pushy. I fully intended to make a purchase but may have bought more if I had been left to browse rather than feeling force fed products

They have you enter the store and the associate is waiting for you and this one associate came to help and I said I was looking and she went on to the next person without checking back and then when the next associate was available she had to check with the manager if we should be waited on next or what should she do. We went to the manager prior to this associate approaching us and the first associate new we were ready as we tried on several occasions to get her attention. You are in the busiest place and wonder why people go to other places that sell Pandora cause they don’t want to put up with the drama
