Associates were not very friendly and when I did get help she was not very knowledgeable and accused me of even taking a charm she showed me.

I felt rushed and overwhelmed by the sales person. I truly felt like I was in a car lot trying to make a purchase. Please teach more than one sales tactic because one way does not work on everyone.

I asked about a specific charm I wanted. Told do not have one like that and I went looking myself in the case to find it . Not friendly associate at all!

My daughter gave me the Mickey Mouse Icon Fantasy Land adjustable bracelet in rose gold on February 5, 2022. Unfortunately, the bracelet will not stay tight and it falls off. She also bought 6 charms and 2 spacers. The clerk never mentioned that it would be too much weight. When I returned to Pandora at Disney springs yesterday, and asked the clerk about it, she said there was nothing they could do about it because I didn’t have the receipt with me. When I read the reviews, lots of people said they were having the same issue. I was very disappointed. Pandora should stand by their products and replace or repair if needed.

My only slight problem with my experience was that my sales associate made me feel rushed to look at items. I did not feel like I was able to actually spend time looking at pieces. I felt rushed and uncomfortable.

The sales associates was less than friendly I clearly notice a difference in this particular store when I go in WITH my jewelry on and WITHOUT my jewelry on. Early in the week I had gone in to have a couple Pandora Necklaces cleaned. Horrible Horrible job done. I had to completely redo myself. They didn’t even try to up sale me during That visit. This location has truly gone down in service. I will avoid it in the future. Step it up Pandora.

The associate did well until my transaction was complete. She never handed me my bag and said five times ok are you done looking? As I was confused because I was waiting on my items I purchased only to be told my bag was on the counter to the side. Had she given it to me l would have proceed to move. But I felt that all I was was a sale to her.

The way the handle the merchandise for cleaning and they come out damage, but they question the customer, when the damage was done at the store. 2 of my charms were affected and the manager doubt that the damage was done at the store.
