You are greeted before you even enter the store with a ‘What are you looking for today?’ I generally have a good idea of what I’m wanting, but I do wish there was a more welcoming environment for browsing. Sometimes, I like to browse and add to my order. I always feel like I have to know exactly what I want, and browsing is never encouraged. 🙁 I always feel like I’m whisked in and then whisked out rather quickly.

It is in a location That’s impossible to find parking and then when you do you have to go through the security check and drive around in circles trying to find a place to park way too much just go get some charms on a bracelet

Upon entering the store, we were greeted but not assisted for at least 20 minutes. When assisted, the sales associate seemed annoyed with our questions and unwilling to take her time to speak with us and address our concerns.

I was able to purchase the ring I wanted, but the associate was rude and not at all friendly. It made me not want to purchase the ring at all.

Ionhad a bracelet for a long time and I was told by the associate that it’ll get loose by the time but unfortunately it was never got loose and by adding more charms it getting uncomfortable to wear it and leave marks on my hand and when I went to the store they didn’t do anything with that bracelet and I had to purchase a new one
