Very long wait just to get in the store. The line moved incredibly slow. I lnew exactly what I wanted. Would prefer an option tgat if you knew what you wanted you can tell them in line and check out there

I felt the sales associate rushed us through our purchase. This was my first time shopping at Pandora and had questions about the products and she treated me as if I should've already known even after I told her that I was not that familiar with Pandora. This was not a pleasant first experience shopping at Pandora. She did not thank me, she was only concerned with getting to the next customer to make the next sale.

The sales associate was not friendly and didn't know the selection of merchandise very well

I understand that we had to wait outside in line due to Covid, but what I didn’t understand is that we couldn’t look around in the store. I had to stand in one place and to me you lose more business that way because I could’ve browse more and found other things more interesting and purchased it. I spent almost $200 and my step son as well yesterday,but I could’ve spent more over Christmas I spent over $500 when I went to a store near my home because I was able to view all their items if you’re going to have people wait outside and have a limit inside you should also allow people to view things around and walk around and when ready speak to a rep. To purchase all the lovely items one would see but I felt that I was limited I couldn’t move I was told to stand in one place and that’s it and that’s the only thing I was dissatisfied with other than that the overall experience was pretty good.

The sales girl was EXTREMELY pushy about getting the pandora credit card after telling her many times no!

I asked to look at a bracelet that was inside a case. The associate said I was not alllowed to because it was roped off. She offered to pull it out of the display case but I wanted to look at all of jewelry. How can a customer spend money if I cannot look at the jewelry on display?

This is my first purchase at Pandora. I couldn't see the store because we had to stay in just one place. I mean you can implement safety rules in a friendly manner, but this people were stressed out and rude. Too strict rules for just like 8-10 costumers inside the store and 7 of us were together. About the associate who served me, I Don't know if she is new but she had little knowledge of your inventory, I asked her some questions and she just opened the spring/summer 2020 catalog to show me. I could do that online, I just wanted to look the store, my purchase could be bigger, but I felt overwhelmed and stressed being there.

Pushy,arrogant ,lie,and very stuffy, felt like they were doing me a favor by letting me in the store at all.

The staff attending me wasn’t very friendly and when I asked her why they couldn’t return the difference of the exchange she simply said “ because my coworker said I couldn’t” neither her or the manager cared to explain nicely why they couldn’t return the money.
