The sales associate Carla seemed not interested in helping. Near the end of the sales, I realized that she hadn’t been listening to what I had said. And by then she seemed done and checked out. Someone else did have to help her.

I was not satisfied because the sales associate was very short with me. She never smiled and appeared as though she was in a rush, even though no one else was in line to get into the store. None of the words that she said to me were rude and she offered to let me see any charm closer that I wanted to, but it was her delivery that made my experience unpleasant.

Price on merchandise was wrong but they did honor the price. Purchase over $200 in merchandise and didn’t get a sack or anything to save my bracelet.

Sales associate started with me & ended up with someone who purchased more. Didn't care how long I waited to check out. Very poor manners.

I purchased 2 rings online with a 10% discount and needed to change the sizes but only 1 ring was in stock and the sales associate told me she could not give me the discount to return the ring and order the correct size to be shipped to my house. I had to pay the full price for the convenience instead of returning and ordering the replacement ring myself. Did not feel very like customer service was a priority especially with the current COVID challenges. This was my first online and in store experiences with Pandora. Like the quality of the rings I purchased just not the customer service received.

I had an anxiety attack well visiting the location. I usually keep them under control by distracting myself but was difficult due to social distancing restrictions. I felt that there were to many sales associates with customers to fully comply with social distancing.

Nobody welcomed me once I got it. It took more than 20 minutes to get acknowledged or even taken care of. It shouldn’t be like that, it wasn’t even that busy. Everyone did not seem friendly nor approachable. My fiancé had a previous problem back in summer hasn’t been back to this location and I see why now.

It just seemed like the customer service I received. The associate seemed annoyed. The manager jumped in and I felt like it was too much at once.
